i was getting tired so i asked my dad to bring me starbucks...
he brought these back for me and said

"이거 다마시고 밤세 공부해. 잠잘 생각 하지도 마...."

그레서 울면서 다 마셨다.

the need to be granted the spiritual eyes

today, i came home with a ben in my pocket
and new sheet music. i think i'll be recording in march...

what happened

to my cold crisp 30 degree, often rainy, preferably snowy, WINTER weather????
why is it mid 80s with the sun exploding?
how come my neighbors are out in bathing suits washing their dogs and filling their wading pools in their front yards??? :(

i want current seoul winter weather. hehe. -17degrees....with SNOW <

oh mother...

upon seeing the horrible condition of my skin
(from getting no sunlight, zero exercise, breathing recycled air, and stress)
my mother ran upstairs to her room and brought me
"skin repair/protectant cream"
she said "all the missionaries and pastors' wives use this when they have skin problems! They say it works wonders!!!!"
thrilled and thankful, i ran to the bathroom, washed my face, and applied the cream liberally.
it soon dried into a thick dry white paste, almost like smeared chalk.

i thought this cream would provide moisture and replenish vitamins into my skin.
something seemed 'off' so i flipped the cream tube to read the back.

under "Uses" [or should i say use, since it listed only one], it read: "for the prevention and repair of diaper rash"

Oh mother.

maybe my skin will become, as the saying goes, "as soft as a baby's bottom"...
